pet & parking policy

Parking Policy

  • All Avenue at York residents have an assigned parking space.
  • Guest / visitor parking is available on the first floor of each garage.
  • You also have the option of reserving a visitor space for a guest. Please consult the front office for more details.
  • Visitors Parking Spaces - Visitors Parking Spaces - You also have the option of reserving a visitor space for a guest.
  • Additional Parking Spaces - Additional Parking Spaces - Please note that additional charges may apply for parking upgrades and/or additional vehicles.
  • Designated Parking Areas - Designated Parking Areas - Guest / visitor parking is available on the first floor of each garage.
  • Guest Parking - Guest Parking - Guest / visitor parking is available on the first floor of each garage.
  • Reserved Parking - Reserved Parking - All Avenue at York residents have an assigned parking space.
  • Parking Type - Parking Type - Garage: Starts at $115

Pet Policy

  • We are proud to say that we are pet-friendly and welcome both cats and large dogs.
  • The pet limit for owners is 3.
  • There is a one-time pet fee of $100 if you have 1 pet, or $200 if you have 2 pets.
  • The monthly pet ren is $40 if you have 1 pet, or $80 if you have 2 pets.
  • Weight limit for dogs is 100 lbs.
  • Dogs that contain a mix of any of the breeds listed are not permitted: Newfoundland, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow-Chow, Pit Bull Terrier, American Bulldog.
  • Pet Amenities - off-leash dog park
  • Pet Fee - $400 - $600
  • Pet Rent - $25 - $25
  • Unauthorized Animal Fine - You may be subject to a penalty by the State of a fine up to $1,000 or 10 days in jail or both, plus actual damages.
  • Pet Restriction Details - No animals are allowed in the apartment or community unless authorized in writing, with exceptions for support and service animals.
  • Pet Types Restricted - No animals are allowed anywhere in the apartment or community unless authorized in writing.
  • Pet Regulations - Pets must not disturb neighbors; dogs, cats, and support animals must be housebroken, while other animals must be caged; no offspring allowed; animals may urinate or defecate only in designated areas, must be leashed and supervised outside, and are prohibited in swimming pools, laundry rooms, offices, clubrooms, and recreational facilities without prior approval; animal food and water must be kept inside; unleashed animals may be reported; immediate waste removal and damage repair is required; violations may result in permanent removal of animals and apply to all co-residents.
  • Pet Types Allowed - No animals allowed except authorized support and service animals.
  • Service Animal Policy - Support and service animals are authorized under the Fair Housing Act and local law without additional deposits or fees for assistance animals due to disability.
  • Pet Allowed Count - up to two pets per apartment
