Parking Policy

  • All Avenue at York residents have an assigned parking space.
  • Guest / visitor parking is available on the first floor of each garage.
  • You also have the option of reserving a visitor space for a guest. Please consult the front office for more details.
  • Parking Type - Garage: Starts at $115
  • Vehicle Limit - The allocated vehicle limit per unit is 22.
  • Valet Parking - No, the property does not offer a valet parking service.
  • Visitors Parking Spaces - You also have the option of reserving a visitor space for a guest.
  • Guest Parking - Guest / visitor parking is available on the first floor of each garage.
  • Additional Parking Spaces - Please note that additional charges may apply for parking upgrades and/or additional vehicles.
  • Designated Parking Areas - Yes, there are designated parking areas for motorcycles or bicycles.
  • Towing Policies - Unauthorized parking will result in a fine of $900.
  • Reserved Parking - All Avenue at York residents have an assigned parking space.
  • Free Parking - Yes, street parking is available near the property for residents and visitors who have leased.

Pet Policy

  • We are proud to say that we are pet-friendly and welcome both cats and large dogs.
  • The pet limit for owners is 2.
  • There is a one-time pet fee of $100 if you have 1 pet, or $200 if you have 2 pets.
  • The monthly pet ren is $40 if you have 1 pet, or $80 if you have 2 pets.
  • Weight limit for dogs is 100 lbs.
  • Dogs that contain a mix of any of the breeds listed are not permitted: Newfoundland, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow-Chow, Pit Bull Terrier, American Bulldog.
